§5.6 Warranty (if applicable)
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
The content and all services of WSCCF websites are purely informative and all information on services, jobs, equipment, service providers, enterprises, open biddings (DroneBids) and third parties are without engagement and not binding. WSCCF does not engage in any brokering activities.
The entries are reviewed regularly, however, despite all precautions, it may happen that individual details at the time of the search are no longer current.
The use of all WSCCF websites is at your own risk. For any material or immaterial damage to persons, property or other assets arising directly or indirectly from the use of their websites, WSCCF expressly refuses all liability, unless gross negligence on the part of WSCCF is proven.
Contracts for the provision of certain services (such as drone flights) are always and exclusively concluded between the respective service provider (e.g. drone operator) and the client (e.g. private person or company). Within this context, WSCCF is not a service provider and will therefore never be a contractual party for the provision of any such services.
Duty of care for service providers and clients:
The respective service provider must take responsibility for ensuring that all operating and other regulations are adhered to, that the required insurance cover is in place, and that all required permits and licenses have been granted before the order is completed. WSCCF advises the client to have these items confirmed in writing from the respective service provider prior to any conclusion of a contract.
WSCCF can under no circumstances be held responsible for any negligence or omission on the part of the respective service provider or client. The same applies to any resulting damages and/or penalties.
The contractual language for all WSCCF websites, services and accounts is ENGLISH. By using our websites and services or if you open a user account on a WSCCF website you confirm and agree to this. Any available translations are non-binding and may be incomplete.
